I have just about finished a new watercolour painting. I've called this one 'safe in his hands'. There's a bit of a theme happening here! You may remember 'In Safe Hands' from an October post.This latest painting seeks to tell the story of a grandfather and his grandchildren standing on a dock looking out for ducks or swans. He's anxious to make sure they don't fall in the water but wants them to explore and not be afraid. Letting go is as important as holding on - knowing when to do either is where real wisdom is needed.
